My biggest adventure ever
One day, Mum and Dad told me the most exciting news — I was going to have a baby sister! I had SO many questions. Where was she? When could I meet her? Could she already do somersaults?
The really special thing about MY baby sister is that she was growing in the tummy of a very kind lady we call our "tummy mummy." She was helping our family in the most amazing way.
So our whole family packed our bags and travelled across the whole entire world to go and meet her. It was the biggest, most wonderful adventure I have ever been on — and I want to share it with YOU!

Inspired by author Anita Fiorenza's own international surrogacy experience, this heartwarming story follows her four-year-old daughter, Annabelle, as she prepares to travel across the world to meet her baby sister for the very first time.
Through Annabelle's curious eyes, young readers discover the excitement, questions and emotions that come with welcoming a new sibling, while learning about the special role of a loving "tummy mummy" in helping a family grow.
Anita hopes that sharing her family's journey will encourage gentle, meaningful conversations with children about surrogacy, love, belonging and the many beautiful ways families are created.
